以非洲爪蟾胚胎 / 蝌蚪为模型,评价环境因子与化合物对早期发育的影响,开展致畸、致死与发育异常的系统观察(FETAX 思路),适用于环境毒理与药物安全评价。Using Xenopus embryos/tadpoles to assess effects of environmental factors and compounds on early development — teratogenicity, lethality and abnormalities (FETAX-style).
