本中心养殖室按照 AAALAC（国际实验动物评估和认可委员会）第八版认证指南配置与管理，严格把控饲养水箱规格、水质参数、水体流动速率、环境温度及饲料营养。出售个体均经配对验证，确认排卵能力，附有健康档案，可追溯来源。Our facility is configured and managed per AAALAC (8th ed.) guidelines — strict control of tank specifications, water quality, flow rate, temperature and diet. All individuals are pairing-verified for egg production, with traceable health records.

主要技术指标Key specifications

• 性别鉴定：雄性前臂腹侧婚垫明显，体重 ≥60 g；雌性泄殖腔唇突出，腹部饱满，体重 ≥90 g。Sexing: males with visible nuptial pads, ≥60 g; females with prominent cloacal labia, full abdomen, ≥90 g.
• 健康筛查：出售前经兽医检查，排除体表病变、行为异常及食欲低下个体。Health screening: veterinary-checked before shipment; individuals with skin lesions, abnormal behaviour or poor appetite excluded.
• 隔离检疫：新入库个体强制检疫隔离 ≥7 天，确认无疾病传播风险后方可配送。Quarantine: new arrivals held ≥7 days before shipment to rule out pathogen transfer.
• 运输保活：控温充氧活体包装，运输存活率 ≥95%；夏冬极端气温期间暂停邮寄。Shipping: temperature-controlled, oxygenated live packaging; survival rate ≥95%. Shipping paused during extreme summer/winter temperatures.
