日常养殖管理Daily husbandry management

• 严格环境管控：爪蟾养殖水温维持 18–22℃，斑马鱼维持 26–28℃，12:12 光暗周期，氨氮、亚硝酸盐与 pH 每日监测。Strict environmental control: Xenopus maintained at 18–22 °C, zebrafish at 26–28 °C; 12:12 light:dark cycle; daily monitoring of ammonia, nitrite and pH.
• 规律投喂：按各物种、年龄段使用专用饲料，记录投喂量与食欲情况；可接受客户指定饲料。Regular feeding: species- and age-specific diets with recorded amounts and appetite assessment; client-specified feeds accepted.
• 水质换水：每周 1–2 次换水 20–30%，根据水质检测结果调整频率；循环过滤系统持续运行。Water changes: 20–30% weekly or as indicated by water quality tests; continuous filtration systems running.
• 健康巡查：每日外观检查，发现异常（红腿病、真菌感染、食欲下降等）第一时间通知客户并采取处置措施。Health rounds: daily visual inspection; any abnormalities (red-leg syndrome, fungal infection, appetite loss) reported to client immediately with appropriate measures taken.

繁殖传代与品系管理Breeding & strain management

• 配对产卵：按客户需求安排 HCG / PMSG 诱导排卵，记录产卵日期、卵数与受精率；可提供体外受精服务。Spawning: HCG/PMSG-induced ovulation arranged on client schedule; spawning date, egg count and fertilisation rate recorded; IVF available.
• 基因型鉴定：对转基因系或突变品系进行定期 PCR 基因型鉴定，确保品系纯度；结果报告随健康档案一并提供。Genotyping: regular PCR genotyping for transgenic or mutant strains to ensure purity; results included in health reports.
• 品系冷冻保存（斑马鱼）：可代为进行精子冷冻保存，防止品系意外丢失。Cryopreservation (zebrafish): sperm cryopreservation available to guard against accidental strain loss.

定制化实验支持Customized experimental support

• 按客户实验时间节点预约排卵、供卵，确保卵母细胞或胚胎准时可用。Ovulation and egg supply scheduled to match client experimental timelines, ensuring oocytes or embryos are available on schedule.
• 代取卵母细胞并进行质量分级，发货前提供照片确认。Oocyte harvest and grading performed on-site; photos provided for confirmation before shipment.
• 可与 cRNA 注射、TEVC 或转运检测等技术服务联动，实现"养殖 → 实验 → 数据交付"全流程托管。Linkable with cRNA injection, TEVC or transport assays for full-pipeline management: "husbandry → experiment → data delivery".
